Stan is a co-founding principal of Bridge Property Group, and oversees overall management of the firm. Since 1978, he has been directly involved in more than $3 billion of commercial property transactions, including most asset classes in multiple markets.
Since 1981, he has served as an investor in more than $500 million in various projects throughout the Western United States, including co-founding partner of SF Cruise Terminal LLC (a fully entitled $350 million multi-use development, including the Watermark residential tower), with Lend Lease, the Port of Singapore Authority and Chinese Maritime Transport. Among other notable projects, in 2015 Stan served as founding general partner in the acquisition of 3838 California Street in San Francisco, a $40 million+ office project.
Stan received his BA from the University of California, Berkeley and his MS in business, Sloan Fellowship from Stanford University, Graduate School of Business.
As a central strategist of Bridge PG’s, Stan helps identify opportunities through multiple acquisition channels, including existing partners, clients, public enterprises, local real estate brokerages, professional firms, civic groups, and our affiliates. In this role, Stan has worked with many high-profile companies, including American Express, Apple, Chinese Maritime Transport, and University of California.
