Rolf has over 25 years of experience in commercial real estate development, leasing, asset management, site selection, and strategic planning. Prior to forming Jourgensen Consulting he has held senior positions with Sunset Development Company; the owner/developer of Bishop Ranch and with Transwestern Commercial Services.
Rolf has marketed and leased over 8 million square feet of commercial office building throughout the San Francisco Bay area and assisted both Fortune 100 and local businesses in the procurement of their office locations. In addition, he has participated in several Economic Development Site Selection events.
