Nicolás Cruzat
Founding Partner
Nicolás specializes in investment sales on income producing properties in Chile and structures financing for real estate investors and developers. He also advices Chilean investors on their investments in the United States and works with American real estate players that are conducting business in Chile.
Nicolás joined Tierra Infinita in 2017 as CEO. He founded the company in late 2015 while at Transwestern, seeking real estate opportunities in Chile and bringing Chilean investors to the United States. Nicolas lived in Chicago from 2008 to 2017, working the whole period in real estate firms. From 2010 to 2017 he was Managing Director at Transwestern where he worked with Chilean high net worth investors and helped them on their investment needs in the United States.
