Katie has more than 20 years of hands-on national recruiting experience, with the past 18 years focused solely in the commercial real estate industry. She approaches every search and project with a sense of urgency and focuses on the client’s strategic goals and plans.

Katie has held executive-level staffing positions within the commercial real estate industry, and has a firsthand understanding of the impact that high-quality hires have within an organization. She has designed, implemented, and managed two successful corporate recruiting programs. The larger of the two companies was comprised of 35 recruiters, and was responsible for over 3,700 hires annually. Additionally, Katie is experience in the exclusive representation of commission brokers and teams.Katie has been a member of the Society for Human Resources (SHRM) since 2001, and is active with several real estate associations.
