During his career Joe has earned some of the most prestigious designations in the Commercial Real Estate field including:

• Certified Property Manager (CPM)
• Real Property Administrator (RPA)
• Certified Risk and Compliance Professional (CRCMP)
• Certified Commercial Property Inspector (CCPI)

In addition, Joe is pursued regularly as an instructor, presenter and public speaker who is excited to watch his audience learn and grow as he considers himself a lifelong learner!

His contribution to many textbooks, publications and certifications makes him a recognized expert in all things CRE. Recently he published a series titled “Thoughts on Leadership” on LinkedIn and that remains a passion as he is currently providing Executive & Organizational Development and Mentoring to companies and individuals.

He is an active member of BOMA San Antonio and BOMA International. He has served as President of BOMA Greater Los Angeles, the Executive Committee of BOMA International and as Chair and CEO of BOMA International.​
Joe graduated from The University of Arizona and received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a Major in Finance.
