Bob’s entire career has focused on representing clients with their real estate requirements. Since 2006, Bob has specialized in bringing his transactional expertise to both investors and real estate developers. He also has extensive prior experience in real estate loan origination. During his career he has represented the investment needs of international clients, including Kajima International, C. Itoh (Japan’s largest trading company), Dai Ichi Kangyo Bank and the International Bank of Japan.
Bob also has demonstrated great proficiency in management of significant commercial developments, joint venture structuring, and overseeing architectural and construction services, including the Greater Los Angeles World Trade Center in Long Beach, California.
In his early career he represented The State of Georgia Department of Industry and Trade with a focus on identifying and establishing inbound production and distribution facilities, in Georgia, from Asia Pacific. He was appointed for a period of time as Managing Director for the Department of Industry and Trade’s offices in Tokyo.
