Bespoke provided MKM Ventures, LLC with strategic buyer representation for their acquisition of The Lofts. We have subsequently been retained as the asset manager, as well as providing all leasing services.
The Lofts comprise a 2-story, predominantly office complex, with a total gross Rentable Building Area of ±22,551 RBA. The property has both historical and contemporary significance in that the building was originally designed and constructed in 1922 with several subsequent building expansions. In 1996, the then R&D/industrial facility was rehabilitated, modernized, and converted into the present office complex.
The incorporation of sustainable energy upgrades and the creative conversion of this historic Silicon Valley industrial complex into the current office building earned this property a BOMA TOBY Award, in the category of Rehabilitated/Modernizing Category.
