Bespoke Real Estate Advisors has been engaged as project manager for development of a new senior living facility on behalf of St. Michael’s Health Group, (SMHG) a non-profit organization providing senior care in Canada. This large-scale development will comprise 170 individual resident suites when completed, with a valuation of $50.6M Canadian. Bespoke was enlisted to facilitate all aspect of a major real estate development project.
Before the construction began, Bespoke additionally provided help with securing financing and many other key contracts, which have been crucial to ensure compliance with a variety of governing bodies and to meet benchmarks for the construction timeline. Bespoke is currently working alongside SMHG to oversee the many aspects of construction that have been tailored to SMHG’s needs.
