We are pleased to announce that Bespoke Real Estate Advisors, in cooperation with our Floridian partners, Jeff Lamm of Lamm Properties, Inc. has successfully sold the former Palm Cove Living development, and associated land parcels, at 2102 N. Shannon Avenue, in Plant City, Florida
Bespoke Real Estate Advisors were retained to assist the owner in the marketing and sale of this project, conceptualized as an assisted living facility.
The sale included two additional land parcels to accommodate all future phases of development.
The Bespoke Team was spearheaded by Robert Bagguley and Lonnie Homenuk, with research and market analysis provided by Bespoke partner Tom Amato. The buyers were represented by Tom Kersting of Franklin Street in Tampa.
