Bespoke assembled a significant team to evaluate issues addressing the potential for redevelopment of this open retail center in the Midwest. It was challenged by setback identity, loss of a key anchor, and substantial vacancy.
Our team expertise and contributions consisted of design, development management, construction budgeting, leasing/asset management and market research and macro-demographics. We created a vision plan for future redevelopment alternatives; analyzed the trade area demographics and market competition to suggest complementary as well as alternative uses within the land site to be integrated into the current development.
We were subsequently retained to identify a new leasing team, and then provide oversight of their activities.
