Cat Lai brings over 35 years of experience as a Chartered Surveyor spanning market presence in Europe and South East Asia before locating to Melbourne, Australia. Her current focus is consultation in ESG and high performance Health Advisory.
Allan and Chrystal, located in Calgary, bring a combined 65 years of experience in managing multi-family, commercial and retail portfolios in Western Canada.
Ian, located in Edmonton brings more than 25 years of experience in development of primarily high-rise mixed use and hotel projects.
I am so pleased to welcome Steve Smith and Bob DeMark as third time, career colleagues and now Team Partners bringing their 75 years of combined experience in facilities, property, financial and construction management, with each possessing speciality in Receivership during previous downturns.
Steve also provided asset, development and operational management for a leading Data Center REIT. He will be Managing Partner for our newly created Illinois expansion office.
Also, located in the Midwest, I am so pleased to have Steve Holzhauer join us bringing his 36 years of experience in architectural design and construction of complex projects including office, schools, health care, renovations and adaptive reuse. Steve also was a principal owner of a large architectural firm.
Adding to our overall capability spectrum is Midwest based David Schwalb, a licensed real estate attorney but focused and specializing in real estate investments and disposition of associated business assets.
