We recently decided to re-brand our Midwest office as BREA Real Estate Advisors, LLC, which will be a subsidiary of our California Corporation. This distinctive name reflects our marketplace focus where we have assembled a core competency of collaborative, multi-disciplinary professionals, to craft real estate solutions for our clients. Particularly, as we uncover real estate investment opportunities resulting from the current disruption in the capital markets sector of the industry.
Our Capital Markets Team, led by Ed Wlodarczyk, as CIO, continues to recruit and attract key partners to our firm that bring many years of diverse investment skills with proven experience in national and international marketplaces.
Steve Smith, a long-time Midwest real estate professional, continues as our managing broker. I look forward to introducing these most recent new partners to you shortly, and also elaborate upon the growth and activities of our Capital Markets Team.
